Making a positive impact
As a diverse Group of entities, we aim to make a positive and lasting impact on the world around us. That impact takes many forms. We impact across industry sectors, on communities and on our close neighbours. We impact on our clients and how they work, think and operate. We also impact on our people: on their sense of purpose, their families, their futures.
This report aims to show the breadth and depth of that impact through the work we’ve done so far. We’re only at the beginning of our journey and we believe that, by working together, we can achieve much more.
Purpose-driven, people-led
We place significant focus on our people-centric approach, knowing that equitable practices and inclusive culture in any setting is what naturally attracts and retains diversity, which includes abilities, gender, age, background circumstances and preferences. This is then captured under the wider umbrella of ESG.
